ooh, what is this picture of??? :) it looks a bit like a wedding dress...

Right, so my new passport has arrived. I only sent it off last Thursday so it has taken one week exactly. That is pretty good service!

I didn't mean to leave it so late but other things got in the way and I wanted the photo to be semi-decent but I hardly ever look semi-decent these days unless I am rushing out the door. And its a bit complicated getting a witness to sign it. They had to have a kiwi passport, since mine is a kiwi passport, and had to have known me for a certain amount of time but couldn't be related, otherwise, if they had an australian passport they had to be a doctor or a teacher or lawyer. Gawd!!

So I had to send my application up to get signed by my dear friend Lisa, thank you Lisa!! on the application she put that she has known me for 28 YEARS, and you know what? She's right!! Oh my goodness!! How the time has flown since we were at Feilding Intermediate, lying on the grass waiting for our turn to bat at softball. That is where the friendship started, I remember it very clearly. So very clearly.

The spot where we are getting married is the exact same spot where Lisa got married ten years ago. I looked around at lots of different places and that was the one I liked the best!

Not long to go now. My final fitting is today, at least I think its the final fitting, not sure. I see my veil today too.

I bought bubby a little outfit to wear. Its so cute. I know he thinks so too because when I tried it on him he was staring at himself in the mirror!! admiring himself, and so he should, the little spunky trunks.
