Here is the little jacket I made for my cousins baby. Its such a cute pattern. I have made a few of these. In other news, my knitting entries at the Royal Easter Show have been judged and I received two Highly Commendeds, so both entries won something. I am jumping out of my skin about this, I did not expect to get a thing I just thought it would be fun to go along and see my knitting on display, and I was a bit scared that they wouldn't think they were good enough to display. So I am stoked.
We are going to the show this year, dunno what day, Steve will probably take a day off work and we will trot along. The Westie judging is on Good Friday but I don't think we will go that day, too busy and I hate crowds.
Baden and I both have new pyjamas on tonight. They have been washed and dried in the dryer. One of life's great pleasures for me is new flannelette pyjamas. I am a huge fan. I only buy myself new pyjamas every second or third year, I don't know why, delayed gratification? I don't know. Baden's are Bob the Builder and are a size three. He is growing up so fast, this baby of mine. He doesn't like being called a baby, he gets a bit snotty and frowns and says "Baden" and points to himself.
I bought easter eggs today and Baden has already scoffed his, the little guts. He is now fast asleep, earlier than usual, so maybe chocolate is the secret? hmm. Good to know.
