Phew, I have finally finished my Easter Show project. I will post pics shortly, I have been so lazy in that regard lately, sorry about that, I know blogs are boring without pics.

A couple of ladies from my knitting group are dropping their Easter Show projects off so I will give it to them to take in. They have both entered this year too so its been quite exciting at knitting group lately. One has entered into the toy section and one into the Over 70's section.

I made the stupid sleeves too long on the jumper I made and I had already seamed the bollocky thing so I had to unseam it and reknit the sleeves and re-seam it. Its done now and I am quite happy with it. It looks lovely on Baden.

And now I am in the mood for 'finishing' things. This is a new thing for me. I am usually in the mood for 'starting' new projects but the finishing is hard. But I have my embossed leaves socks, my cable cardi and a little watermelon cardigan that I actually feel like finishing before I start anything new.

In other news, Callum is doing very well. He's so lovely. He coos away all the time, such a chatterbox. We spend quite a lot of time just laying down gawking at each other and he coos away and smiles at me. I have fallen so hard for this little bloke, he's just a lovely lovely lovely baby. I am so glad I had him. I say that to Steve all the time. I must sound like a broken record.

I have been on the Lite n Easy for the past couple of weeks. I have lost 2.5kgs which is pretty good. I think Callum is due for a growth spurt in the next couple of days because he fed all day yesterday and today I was absolutely ravenous, the Lite n Easy just didn't cut it today, I had toast and Steve cooked mango chicken for dinner instead. I guess that is bound to happen sometimes so I just go with it. I stick to it the rest of the time though, I am fairly disciplined with it.
