I have had an extremely busy week, I had dental surgery under twilight sedation so my teeth are nearly all fixed, I have to wait six months for the implant to heal properly and then I go back for the permanent ones. My front tooth had a big crack in it and it broke when I was under so he had to dodgy one up out of some stuff and he has given me quite a green coloured one, it looks a bit odd and makes me feel like a bit of a bogan but I guess its character building and in six months it will be all sparkly again so I am trying to be good natured about it.

I have about twenty stitches in my gums and my lip was numb into the third day but its all good now.

And in more exciting news my husband and I went on a date! We went to a Celtic Night at the RSL. I had fun, it was a bit dry but still fun anyway and the food was lovely and I had a few wines. My lovely friend Mel came over and looked after my kids, Baden was very excited about this and is still talking about it so they were obviously fine. It was so nice to be out and just be us and we didn't spend the whole night talking about the kids either. I yakked away with everyone on our table, I was so glad to be out, lol, yak yak yak, about this and that. They had some highland dancers there and I gotta be honest, they were bloody terrible, if it had been my kid dancing like that I would have been snapping my head off, so probably just as well I don't have a kid that does highland dancing! I didn't yak about that though, I kept that to myself, lol.

I missed my bagpipe lesson this week due to the dental work and I am going to wait till the stitches are out. But Baden had another drum lesson and he's going well, and I also enrolled him in Little Athletics. I also missed uni because of the dentist and now I am quietly packing myself about it because I am finding the subject so hard, I am seriously thinking about getting a tutor just to get through it. Accounting is so boring and so lame and I just want it over and done with!
