I have a teething baby. I think. I guess I will know for sure when some teeth pop through. He is very out of sorts, is gnawing on everything in sight, including me, ouch, and is dribbling so much I have had to put barrier cream on his chest to stop a rash.
Poor liddle bubby. I haven't had to deal with this before, Baden got teeth through without so much as a peep, we would just notice them through after the fact. When he got his molars he had slightly red cheeks and that was it.
I weighed Callum the other day, he is 9 kilos. The size of an average one year old. LOL. Gawd. One of the ladies at knitting group asked if I thought it was something in my breastmilk. Don't blame me lady!! No, I don't think it is. Milk is just fuel, genetics is the engine driving things, milk just gives the fuel for the engine to run. He's not even especially gutsy now. He's just a big person. He came out with those ginormous feet and now he's catching up to them.
Oh, speak of the devil, he's awake. So much for the morning nap. I wonder what happened to that?
