We are having pretty good success with the toilet training. He is quite independent. He hasn't figured out how to take undies off yet though, so he only goes to the toilet when he is nude.

So he has been nude a lot, lol! He has used the potty a few times too. I think he's still deciding which he prefers.

If he has a nappy on he just wees in it. He had undies on the other day and he weed in them and Steve got a bit annoyed and put a nappy on him. Baden got very distressed and I went in to see what his problem was and he wanted the nappy taken off. Steve saw the nappy off and got snakey about it and I set him straight. Baden is 2. He had been learning to use the toilet for less than 48 HOURS. Cut him some slack yeah?

Point was taken.

It has been very hot here, 40 degrees today and yesterday, so we have been spending alot of time in the pool, about four swims each day! Its just so hot. We had to leave the house today to get some supplies, but we came straight back to our air conditioned bunker!!

Steve goes back to work next week. I wish he had another week off, its been nice having him home. It makes me feel like I am on holiday, even though I don't work anyway, it still feels like its still the holidays.

Normal life resumes next week. I might look for a job, I haven't decided yet.
