I made these for Baden. He loves them, he wore them last night and confirmed that they were "good". He's not one for flowery speeches, lol. I dread to think what he's going to be like as a teenager.

I made the singlet as well, from knit material. What a blardy nightmare that stuff is to work with. I changed the sewing machine needle halfway through because it felt like the needle wasn't sharp enough. It didn't make much difference though.

I suspect there is a special 'foot' for this as well? I dunno. It just seems like there should be. I am going to investigate that.

I don't have my applique foot yet either. I have found them in Spotlight but  the problem is that my little sewing machine is an obscure little brand that was sold at Grace Bros years ago, its called a Jaguar Mate, and I don't know what brand of accessories it would take. It would be so much easier if it was a Janome or a Brother or Husqvarna, one of the big brands. I wish it did blanket stitch as well. Maybe its time for a new one. I feel like I am 'outgrowing' this little sewing machine...
